National Public Lands Day - Wildlife Photography Workshop

Learn how to take better outdoor photographs!

Join a retired park ranger and certified professional photographer, Douglass Owen, who will present over 100 tips, techniques, and practices to improve your nature photography.  Class is sponsored by the Craters of the Moon Natural History Association and will be held in the Craters of the Moon visitor center.  Class is free, but a suggested donation of $10 to support school visits to the park is recommended.  Reservations are required and the class is limited to 30 people, call 527-1335 to make a reservation.

Class is on National Public Lands Day, Saturday September 30th from 1 to 4 PM; the last hour will be for Q & A and help with your camera gear.  Keeping it simple and fun will be emphasized.  You will also be learning naturalist skills, ethics, and field craft that will improve your success rate in nature photography while protecting the environment.
