Today at Craters we had a spattering of snow that left our 7 mile loop drive extremely slick! To keep our visitors safe and on the road we closed it down until it can be deemed safe. This was a great reminder for all of us that if you are planning a trip please either go on the website www.nps.gov/crmo for updates and closures or call us at the Visitors Center. Its that time of year again where soon the road may be closed permantately and only open for cross- country skiing and snow shoeing.
